豆腐(普通豆腐或者老豆腐都可以)切塊炸成金黃色.

鍋里放適量的水,加八角一粒,糖(用紅砂糖和冰片糖顏色會更深點.這次我用紅砂糖)和醬油(生抽調味老抽調色),燒到炸豆腐入味,收干湯汁就好了.
最好用鍋鏟子用力擠壓豆腐,使其中包含的湯汁盡量燒干,成品會油光發亮.
