五香熏鱼

做法:

2.原锅内留少量油,放葱姜,黄油,桂皮,茴香,酱油,白糖及少量汤水,熬成稠厚有粘性的五香卤汁,淋上麻油,再把鱼块浸入卤汁中吸收滋味,再撒上五香粉即可。
