**怪味鸡**

做法:
锅里烧开水,投入一大块拍裂的生姜和一根葱,放入鸡腿(水要没过鸡腿)加盖煮15分钟,关火,焖5分钟.取出待凉,剔除骨和皮,撕(切)成丝条形.
盘子里铺葱丝和胡萝卜丝垫底(即好看,也好吃),将准备好的鸡肉摆上去.

怪味调料:将如下调料放在一个小碗里调均匀.
芝麻酱或者花生酱2 TEASOOPN(小匙)/糖1.5小匙/醋1.5小匙/酱油2小匙---鸡肉如果没有腌过可以放3小匙/葱末2小匙/姜末0.5小匙/蒜末0.5小匙/辣椒油1小匙----我毫不犹豫地用了自制红油!/花椒粉1小匙----我是自己炒熟了花椒再研磨的,没有那么麻.如果买现成的可以边调味边尝试.
将上述怪味调料浇在鸡肉上撒些熟芝麻(也可以不用)就好,食用时候拌匀.
