烤春卷、腊牛肉

春卷馅山菊就利用冰箱里现有的材料(懒得SHOPPING)发挥了一下象想力:鸡胸肉抹点料酒,用微波炉煮熟冷后撕成丝。配菜有:绿豆芽芹菜烫过,还有香菇泡菜都切丝。香菇略炒炒,再把其它材料混合调味就行了。

腊牛肉原方(BY 五月红):
把牛肉切成你想腌制的大小.用生抽,水,五香粉,调成你喜欢的口味.把牛肉泡在里面放在冰箱里腌制一周左右.再拿出来在通风处吹干,在这边要想吃到正宗的□味很难,这样做味道很近,只是少了烟熏味。
我是把腌好的牛肉用个铁架支着放盆里,然后敞着在冰箱里放了一周:

再把烤箱调到最低(我家只能到170度),烤了五个小时,就可以收拾在冻箱里了:
