加了香菇粒的肉馅(用筷子往一个方向拌了10分钟,起胶状才为最佳)

两手不停的把肉馅镶进豆腐里(用小勺子在豆腐中间挖个口,把适量的肉馅放在口里,用小刀轻压后抹平。)

不熟手的话,“酿”(肉馅镶进豆腐里)是有点花时间的。俺一共用了20分钟,自称是快手了。再看看:

放进平底锅里,盖上锅盖,用中火煎15分钟既可
