麻辣香酥虾
大虾一磅,剪须去沙肠,刨开背脊盐一大勺,腌两小时
洗去盐份,沥干,冰箱冷藏小时
三大勺面粉加三大勺淀粉混匀,放入封口袋,将冻过的虾倒入袋中,裹上干粉,
下8分热油锅炸酥撩起.
炒锅留底油,放入切碎的葱,姜,蒜,朝天椒及花椒,中小火熬出香味,下炸好的虾,快速翻炒出锅.
