鱿鱼切十字花刀,4厘米见方的鱼片!用少量料酒,盐,生粉腌一小会!泡嫩油,入油即可捞起!青红椒片与洋葱片也入油片刻!炒锅内留底油,爆香蒜片,把鱿鱼,青红椒片与洋葱片同时下锅爆炒,加入老抽上色,料酒喷香,盐糖调味,出锅即可!

鳕鱼切片,用料酒,盐腌20分钟!裹生粉与面粉入油锅炸至8分熟。外表酥脆即可!一勺高汤入锅,加入白糖香醋。食盐等调味料。煮滚,加入鱼片,勾芡,略翻,出锅
