节日双色糯米年糕
节日双色糯米年糕原料:(做一盘)
1 包糯米粉(450 - 500克)
3 个鸡蛋
2 cup 牛奶
3/4 cup 白糖(可多可少)
3/4 cup 玉米油 (corn oil)

我做了两盘,原料加倍
做法:
将鸡蛋,牛奶,白糖,玉米油混合搅匀后再放人糯米粉搅匀成没有颗粒的混合米浆
将米浆对半分成两份,分别倒进两个的盆子,分别放入不同颜料后搅匀
每种颜色的米浆(分别)各倒一半进抹了油烤盘,
(如果只做一盘,就将一种颜色的米浆全部倒进一个烤盘)
烤箱预热至350F后放人装了一半米浆的烤盘烤20分钟
烤盘拿出来,加入剩下的另一半不同颜色的米浆,面上撒芝麻,椰丝,再烤20-25分钟
烤的时间与盘烤的大小有关,我用的是11X13的锡盘
第2次烤了20分钟后不时看看,不要考焦或太硬了,这就要凭经验了
一定要等凉后再切成你喜欢的形状。

家乡年糕
糯米粉:大米粉 3:1, 适量红糖,加水和匀(比汤圆团软些),铺倒有粽叶垫底的碗里,整熟。可随意加红豆等。
