香椿头有很多吃法, 若椿芽炒蛋、椿油拌冷面等等。我最喜欢的还是凉拌。
做法:
1. 香椿头洗净后用开水烫过取出,再将其挤干切成碎末,
2. 香豆腐干切成碎丁,
3. 加适量醋,生抽,糖,麻油,油辣子,越南辣酱,花椒油,拌和后即成。
