金沙南瓜(图解)

  南瓜的好处很多,烹调方法也不少,蒸、焖、煮、炖、炸,咸的、甜的样样皆可。以前自也发过几个南瓜菜色的帖子,现在烹调自家种的南瓜也要换换花样了,今天先来个金沙南瓜吧!
