央视国际涉嫌侵权案开庭被索赔2300余万元

　称央视国际未经授权在网站上播放台湾电视剧《意难忘》，北京求索恒达投资咨询有限公司将其诉至法院，索赔2300余万元。昨天，此案在市一中院开庭审理。

　　原告称，公司享有电视剧《意难忘》在中国地区(不含台、港、澳)的独家信息网络传播权。从2008年1月起，央视国际网络在其经营的网站www.cctv.com上向公众非法传播该作品，并在播放时进行广告经营。公司要求央视国际立即停止侵权、赔礼道歉、赔偿经济损失2294万余元，同时赔偿原告为调查侵权行为和起诉支出的合理费用23.2万余元。

　　“我们不否认播放了《意难忘》。”央视国际的代理人在法庭上表示，在央视第八套播放该剧后，网站才在去年2月15日开始陆续上传。对原告公司享有信息网络传播权，他们提出异议称，《意难忘》的版权是层层授权才到原告公司手中，该公司并不享有播放《意难忘》的权利。

　　央视国际称，在接到起诉书之前，他们从未收到过原告任何形式的电话或者公告等要求停播涉案电视剧。对于2300余万元的索赔，央视国际的代理人认为，索赔数额要求过高。
