西 洋 菜 煲 排 骨 汤(图)

步骤
1. 清洗西洋菜、小排、蜜枣,胡萝卜去皮切块。

2. 将小排块焯水(也叫飞水)。
3. 将飞水过的小排冷水下锅,水沸后去沫,放入西洋菜、胡萝卜和蜜枣,水开后文火煲三小时,放入盐调味,熄火,装盆。
