手把手教你日式蛋包饭(多图)

这个蛋包饭,调味汁有讲究,不仅仅是番茄汁,首先要把番茄去皮。

锅内煮开后关火,放至冷却。这个番茄酱在烹饪时也可用,最后一道工序完成时也可添加。

鸡丁蘑菇胡罗卜丝完全熟透以后放入葱花,搅拌均匀,关火

把最先开始做好的调味汁加三大勺进去,其馀的留起来等做好以后再用

从这一步开始大火翻炒,前面一步是要用勺子将饭压碎

到这里鸡肉炒饭的部分就完成了,接下来要准备另外一个平底锅子,要做那个蛋皮的部分

把饭摊开

然后把平底锅拿回火上,用中火。在这个状态下用炒菜的铲子或胶铲,从边上往中间翻。虽然感觉上这样整体包不住……“嗯,这样就行了。”
